School Eisteddfod and World Book Day

Hello Parents/Carers, On Wednesday, 5th March @10am we will be holding our school Eisteddfod and pupils are invited to dress in Welsh costume for this celebration (Welsh lady costumes, Welsh miner costume, Welsh rugby/football top with school trouser/skirts - no jeans please).

There are also Eisteddfod home task competitions to complete over half term (please see SeeSaw notes from your children's teachers).

On Friday, 7th March we will be celebrating World Book Day and pupils are invited to dress up as their favourite book character. I have encouraged pupils to make their own costumes over half term. Pupils are also invited to bring in a book to school on Friday, 7th March which they would like to swap with a classmate. Please have a look at home over half term to see which books your children would like to swap.
