Public Health Wales Launches Vaping Guidance for Parents and Carers

‘Young People and Vaping - Information for parents and carers‘ is for parents and carers to help them get a clear and evidence-based understanding of vaping amongst children and young people in Wales. The guidance includes up-to-date information on the health impacts of vaping and how many children and young people are currently vaping in Wales, as well as practical advice on how to spot the potential signs of vaping, and how to approach a conversation about it.

  • Healthy Packed Lunches

    Tue 12 Feb 2019 Miss N Thain

As you are aware, we are a Healthy School and it is very important that our pupils eat a healthy packed lunch. We encourage our pupils to eat healthy snacks during their morning breaktime and pupils who eat from our school kitchens have a nutritionally balanced and tasty lunch.

Please ensure that if you are providing your child with a packed lunch that it contains healthy items and not full of chocolate, crisps and cake. Our pupils should only be drinking water or milk in school, so please do not send in fizzy drinks or flavoured water.

    Many thanks for your support.
