80th Anniversary of VE Day Celebrations - Thursday, 8th May
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are excited to let you know that our school will be marking the 80th Anniversary of VE Day with a day of celebrations and learning on Thursday 8th May. The children will be taking part in a variety of fun and educational activities to help them understand the importance of this historic event. To help us get into the spirit of the day, we are inviting all pupils to come to school dressed in red, white, or blue (uniform is fine to wear if your child doesn't have clothes in these colours. Please no jeans). On the day, we will have a special party lunch menu on offer and we will all enjoy our lunch outside in a street party style!
